Payment terms

Terms of sale:



City Sauna wants to act honestly, fairly and solution-oriented towards our customer.

City Sauna assumes that customers do the same.



1.1 Agreement:

Customers can book City Sauna services via , by email or phone.
The booking is binding after the customer has received a written confirmation via E-mail or SMS.

By appointment and at events, there will be opportunities to pay by invoice or tip at attendance.


1.2 The parties:

The seller is City Sea Sauna AS, hereinafter referred to as City Sauna which is hereinafter referred to as the seller / seller / company.

The buyer is the consumer who makes the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer / guest / customer

1.4 Price:
Price is stated on the company's website or by written agreement. 

1.6 Entering into an agreement:

The agreement is binding on both parties when the buyer has sent his order to the seller.


1.7 Payment:

Customers are charged 100% of the amount when paying via booking of our services. The customer is responsible for checking information and keeping up to date on sales terms regarding the agreement.

City Sauna will be able to change prices for services that result from taxes, fees or other conditions that will be beyond the company's control.

1.8 Cancellation / change of booking / right of cancellation:
If canceled, City Sauna must charge the customer 10% of the purchase price 48 hours before the booking time due to administration costs.

Cancellation 24 hours before booking time is binding and the amount is non-refundable / must be paid in full.

In the above situation, City Sauna wants to act compliant to give the customer a similar booking at another time.

1.9 Customers' responsibility:

Customers are responsible for informing City Sauna immediately if damage or defects the customers or other circumstances have inflicted on City Sauna's assets during the customer's booking time.
The customer is obliged to assess their own health and capacity against the service the customer buys from the seller.

City Sauna will be fair and service minded to the above situation.


2.1 Special conditions:

City Sauna can not be held liable if weather conditions / safety mean that the company can not perform our services in accordance with binding bookings.


2.2 Sauna trailers in fixed location:

During periods of dry weather, the customer may risk that the booking is canceled.

City Sauna will take fire safety as its first priority.

The seller can cancel the booking if there are other security or technical issues related to the delivery of the service.

2.3 Sauna trailers for mobile rental:

The customer is obliged to comply with the Road Traffic Act.
Before the Sauna trailer is used, the customer must fill in a self-declaration form and note any errors / deficiencies the Sauna trailer may have.

The customer is obliged that the driver of the trailer holds the correct certificate.

The customer must follow the maximum number of person restrictions stated on the trailer.
Violation of the above provision may result in liability for the customer.

City Sauna encourages the customer to contact the company's administration quickly if anything in the agreement is unclear.


2.4 Sauna vessels:

Customers who have booked the Sauna group (Sauna til kai) service at City Sauna's visiting address can, depending on weather conditions:
Wind speed 8-9 + Meters per second
North / Northwest wind direction risk that the booking will be canceled.


City Sauna is constantly updated on weather conditions.

City Sauna will inform its guests to the best of its ability.

2.5 Customers who have booked the service Sauna Cruise (sailing) can in weather conditions:

Wind speed 8-9 + Meters per second
all wind direction risk that the booking is canceled. It is up to the master and the City Sauna administration to decide what is safe sailing in relation to internal / external conditions.

We strongly urge our guests to respect this!

2.6 Customers who have booked event booking.

2.7 The company's sources of weather updates are:


Weather conditions are assessed by City Sauna's maritime personnel who have good professional knowledge and local knowledge.

2.8 Master's authority:

City Sauna gives the Master the authority to give company guests direct messages, guidance and reprimands to maintain a high level of safety on board. 


2.9 The company offers a service on board a CE-approved boat, unforeseen technical problems with the vessel can then not be charged to the seller.

3.1 Personal information:

The person responsible for processing collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer agrees to something else, the seller may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement.

3.2 The buyer's personal information will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to implement the agreement with the buyer, or in statutory cases.

4.1 Conflict resolution:

Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. items 9 and 10. The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation.
